Here’s an example of how entertaining a good music documentary can be. Host Mickey Dolenz from The Monkees brings credibility to the show, as does hearing some of the original artists tell their stories. I would love to have heard recent stars talking about the influence and lasting appeal of this music.

Pacific Coast Sound does what it says on the tin, with Mickey Dolenz, formerly of The Monkees, guiding us through the formation of a sound that has influenced huge swathes of music.
