Hi I saw the Monkees perform at the Pavilion theatre Plymouth on Monday 23rd and Motorpoint Arena Cardiff on Tuesday 24th May 2011. Wow what wonderful shows. The guys even now at their age gave a long and lively performance. They laughed and joke through the show dancing, singing and playing better then ever. I loved Micky’s Sometime In The Morning, As We Go along, and That Was Then, This Is Now, my three all time favourite tracks. Peter played the french horn on Shades Of Gray, the way it should be played, I have always seen this song as Peter’s song although Davy sings most of it. Peter song more songs then he usually does, his voice seems much better then I remember it being. Davy dancing and singing, forever the showmen. They all looked like they were enjoying themselves and made sure the audience did too. I had a brilliant time and could not believe when the shows were over. The Monkees have given us all so much pleasure over the yours, thank you guys for being in my life.
