Manalapan Day will feature Micky Dolenz

MANALAPAN — Manalapan Day 2009 will be held from 4-10 p.m. June 13 at the Manalapan Recreation Center. All are invited to attend and enjoy entertainment, exhibits, displays, vendors, strolling performers, children’s rides, amusements, food and games. The event will culminate with a fireworks finale beginning at 9:30 p.m.

Headliner Micky Dolenz of the Monkees will perform at 8:15 p.m. (In the event of rain, Dolenz will perform at Manalapan High School, Church Lane).

Main Stage entertainment will feature the band Speed Limit and the BJ Adams Orchestra.

Performers from Rising Stars School of Dance and Performing Arts and ICON Dance Complex will entertain on the Main Stage as well as on the Future Stars Stage where demonstrations by Bryan Klein’s taekwando students and dancers from the Gallery of Dance will also perform.
