Here are some more details on the Texas Peter Tork weekend tour:

Friday, April 14th
Groovy Mule, 1131 Ft. Worth Drive, Denton, TX 76205, 940-383-7674,
www.groovymule.com. Tickets $15.00 in advance & $20 at the door. Under
21 okay with accompanying adult. One opening band (Morning People), SSB
will play approximately 9:30-11:00pm. Tickets are non-refundable.

Saturday, April 15th
Babe’s, Sixth Street, Austin, TX, 512-473-2035, BabesLiveMusic@aol.com.
Tickets $20 in advance & at the door. Under 21 okay with accompanying
parent. One opening band (Lothario), SSB will play approximately
9:00pm-12:00am. Tickets are non-refundable.

Sunday, April 16th
Fan Party (location TBA), Denton, TX. 4:30-7:30pm. Tickets $20 for
adults, $10 for children 10 & under. Limited seating – SSB will perform
& mingle with fans. Light food will be provided. All tickets must be
ordered in advance and purchased by April 3, 2000. Please send check or
money order made out to Fiore Promos Agency. Mail ticket orders to
Bonnie Verrico, Fiore Promos Agency, 2014 Tanglewood Drive, Waldorf, MD
20601. Ticket orders received after April 3rd cannot be guaranteed.
Tickets are non-refundable.

I will be spending the next few days researching hotel and area
information. I will also be working with the band’s sponsor, GB
Records, on finding out about ground transportation between Denton &
Austin for those of you who are thinking about hitting both of those
shows (it’s about a 3 hour drive!). Right now there are no plans for a
group bus or carpooling between Shoopies. I will get this information
out to you as soon as I can… please don’t email me for more details at
this point… I just don’t have them!

I can tell you that if you are coming to the Denton show and are flying,
you will want to fly into the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. If you are
going to the Austin show, you want to fly into Austin. I have been
checking airfares & there seem to be some decent rates out there…
around $270-320 from the East & West coasts!

Please spread the word about the weekend tour to anyone you know that
might be interested! I hope to see many of you on the road in April!
I’ll be dropping another line to the list sometime this weekend with
more information.
