A Monkees fan convention has been announced for October with the following
details. See the web page below for more information, please don’t respond
to this e-mail, use the web page address below.
In 1997, We at Manchester Cowboy Productions Hosted A Monkees Convention,
“The Monkees 30th Anniversary Party Week-End” and what a splendid Party it
was. We had friends partying from all over the world, including Brazil,
England, Japan, The Netherlands, and Canada, as well as from all across the
United States.
Thanks to all of our friends who joined us during that incredible week-end!
We hope you all had as much fun and excitement as we did!
Well it seems we’re at it again! Friends asked if we’d mind helping them
pull together ONE FINAL “Monkees Convention”!!!! We must admit we were
quite leery of doing this, ONE MORE TIME and on such short notice! BUT for
our friends, and The Monkees WE seem to have stuck our necks out there on
the chopping block and complied!!!
So, call us crazy (it’s been said of us before) or call us devoted (this
too, has been said of us) but here we are for the final time asking you to
join us in yet another Party Week-End!!!!!
We hope you’re ready to Party Hearty (as they say) cuz this one is SURE to
top all the West Coast Monkees Conventions ever done in the past!!!

2004 WILL be taking place in October!!!!!

than 8/01/04. Any letters, postmarked later than 8/01/04 will be considered

CURRENT UP TO THE MINUTE INFORMATION ON THE MONKEES 38th ANNIVERSARY FINALE
CONVENTION WEEKEND 2004!
The dates for the MONKEES CONVENTION 2004 ARE NOW CONFIRMED. The convention
will take place in Las Vegas, NV at the SILVERTON HOTEL AND CASINO on
October 2, and 3 2004.
The hours for the convention are as follows: Saturday, Oct. 2nd at 9:00 AM
until 4:00 PM the convention must close their doors at this time.
Davy Jones will be doing a concert at 8:00 PM.
The convention will open on Sunday, October 3rd at 9:00 AM and remain open
until 5:30 PM.
Again, we must be out of the Showroom by 5:30 PM as The Missing Links The
Monkees Tribute will be doing a very SPECIAL CONCERT for all of our Friends
joining us for this very special convention 38th Anniversary Weekend!!!!
This band is AWESOME! But you’ll discover that for yourself as this concert
IS INCLUDED in the price of the convention tickets.
After the concert the Monkees Convention will remain open until Midnight!!!!
Ticket prices for the convention are one price and no children under 12
years of age will be permitted to attend the Monkees Convention.
We’re very sorry, however, these are the rules! Please don’t forget this IS
a casino and children ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE CASINO FLOOR except to pass
through!
Silverton Hotel and Casino is offering a VERY LIMITED number of rooms for
our guests! These WILL GO FAST so book THEM NOW.
