Monkees VH1 Ad, Dont forget New Monkees CD Tomorrow!

There is a half page ad for the VH-1 Monkees movie in the June 23
edition of Entertainment Weekly, on page 92. The verbage reads: “Before
Backstreet Boys…..Before ‘N Sync…..The Monkees. The rise and fall
of the original boy band”. The picture is a recreation of the pose from
the Headquarters LP, but with matching shirts. The ad looks like a good
omen as to the accuracy of the film, as only 3 of the guys are smiling.
