Saturday, September 16, 2000:
Davy makes a special appearance at the Zinzinnati Oktoberfest 2000!

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati is a two day celebration being held September 16 – 17.
The Festival is an annual event – this year being their 25th year – and
it showcases the rich German heritage of Ohio.

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati 2000 will feature Davy Jones leading the largest
music ensemble of all time — The World’s Largest Chicken Dance & Kazoo
Band!!

The Kazoo Band led by Davy Jones travels downtown Cincinnati from Race
Street and Fountain Square to Broadway.

The Parade led by Davy is schedule for 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM on
Saturday, September 16.

Times for the event are 11:00 AM – 11 PM on Saturday, September 16
and 11:00 Am – 9 PM on Sunday, September 17.

Remember, Davy’s appearance will be Saturday, September 16,
somewhere around 4:00-4:30 PM.

There will be over 30,000 free neon-colored kazoos which will be distributed
to spectators and the event will be simulcast on CNN.

The Kazoo Band is scheduled to perform ‘Daydream Believer’ in Davy’s
honor!!

Davy’s autobiography has been re-issued in the ‘book-on-tape’ format .
This audio version is a reissue of the text from Davy’s original
autobiographical version of “They Made A Monkee Out of Me”. It has been
repackaged with a new cover — the same cover as appearing on Davy’s
revised autobiography, ‘Daydream Believin”.
