I went to this concert on monday and I just had the BEST time. What I like about The Monkees is that they genuinely want to be onstage to entertain us not because they have the attitude “I’m great so you must listen to my genius.” Hey, it’s been 45 years, they were the original “boy band”, and maybe a little rough around the edges but what will Justin Bieber look and sound like in 45 yrs? And has anyone really noticed what Steven Tyler and Mick Jagger looks like these days? I loved them then, I love them now, MONKEES FOREVER!!!
