The Monkees plan shock reunion
REALITY TV pop group The Monkees are set for a shock reunion this summer, with all four members rumoured to be set to play together for the first time since 1997.
Yesterday, bandmates Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz, both 65, and Peter Tork, 69, announced plans for a UK tour.
But a source said Mike Nesmith, 68, who has kept a low profile in recent years, could also appear at the Royal Albert Hall on May 19.

It is 40 years since Nesmith fell out with the band but the group did all perform together 14 years ago at Wembley Arena.
A close friend said: “Mike loves the idea of joining his old friends on stage one more time. He hasn’t signed a contract because he wants it to be a complete surprise.”
The reunion tour will run from May 12 to May 25.
